The FTMA: Television – Certificate of Achievement (COA) introduces students to the fundamentals of television production.

The training provided for this certificate may lead to positions in management or in other creative branches of the Entertainment Industry. Study is focused toward developing competence in specific areas of television production. After successfully completing this certificate, a student could be hired as: production assistant, assistant camera operator, audience coordinator, studio control operator, assistant studio coordinator and other positions on the television production team.

To earn a Certificate of Achievement in FTMA: Television, students must complete 9 units.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to: 

• analyze critically television and streaming content.
• demonstrate professional skills in creating television and streaming content that enables students to work in entry level production positions.
